Completely modernized and upgraded, this all aluminum mega yacht living in an ideal size for the owner-operator with minimal crew, or with a captain on board. Built by Stephens to a uniquely efficient Jack Hargrave design, she was redesigned by John Anderson to enhance her on board spaces, integrating a NEW custom enclosed skylounge to maximize her bridge-level VIEWS. This special refit also included NEW CAT 1440-hp power package with transmissions and electronic controls, NEW bow and stern thrusters, NEW gensets and inverter, all NEW interior woodwork and more.
A later refit enclosed the CALIFORNIA DECK and extended her COCKPIT by 10' to create easy and spacious water-level access points. This professional customization also included mechanical upgrades of shafts, struts, props, ETC. A custom BBQ on stern with 2 live tanks was added, along with an upper TENDER DECK with 3500-lb davit, plus a new watermaker, fresh interior coverings and carpet. All refit work was professionally done by Townsend Bay Marine in Port Townsend, WA.

Sleeps (6) owners and guests in three double staterooms; three enclosed heads with separate stall showers. LAYOUT FROM FORWARD: Forepeak is followed by the FORWARD GUEST STATEROOM, with queen berth offset to starboard; built-in bureau and cedar-lined hanging locker opposite; opening overhead hatch plus a portlight at each side; privacy door aft; and ensuite FORWARD GUEST HEAD with separate stall shower situated aft to starboard. Next aft is the landing with curved stairwell to abovedecks. Amidships belowdecks is the large ENGINEROOM. Aft staterooms are reached via near-centerline steps from abovedecks, leading aft and down into the AFT COMPANIONWAY. To port finds the AFT GUEST STATEROOM, offering side-by-side single berths situated athwartships; built-in seat; dual cedar-lined hanging lockers; inboard privacy door; and easy access across the companionway to the starboard side AFT GUEST HEAD with separate stall shower. Also from this companionway and forward to starboard is the ship's dedicated linen locker. Finally aft is the FULL-WIDTH AFT MASTER SUITE, featuring an island berth situated aft with Travertine-topped nightstands at each side; private COCKPIT ACCESS DOOR aft; Travertine-topped built-in dresser and storage; large cedar-lined wardrobe forward to port; and private ensuite MASTER HEAD with separate stall shower situated forward to starboard.
